AquaSeal Waterproofing was founded in 2011 by a small team of licensed contractors who were tired of watching homeowners pay twice — once for a cheap patch that failed, then again for the real repair.
We built our business around one idea: diagnose properly, fix the source, guarantee the work in writing. No surface patching. No vague verbal promises. No coming back for a second bite.
Today we work across HDB flats, private condos, landed homes and commercial buildings from Woodlands to Pasir Ris. Ceiling leaks, bathroom re-waterproofing, balcony membrane, inter-floor disputes, PU grouting — if water is going somewhere it shouldn't, we can find it.
